This is an extremely important aspect to consider when deciding who will sell your home. Do some research on different real estate agents in your area to see which ones have a powerful online presence, and who can help you sell your home quickly and expose it to a wider audience. Scan real estate agents Facebook pages to see how active they are, as well as what sort of engagement they have from their followers. Social media is an effective marketing tool that is often underutilized by real estate agents.
Retweet, repost & share
While your real estate agent should be doing the legwork when it comes to marketing your home and giving it a strong presence on social media, that doesn’t mean you can’t lend a hand (or simply a finger). Once your real estate agent has posted your home on their social media platforms (such as their professional Facebook page or Twitter) simply repost or retweet the information to expose your home to a wider audience.
